5. That the applicant’s family resides abroad and urgent travel is required.
6. That the applicant is a law-abiding citizen with no legal restrictions.
7. That the blockage without due process is prejudicial to fundamental rights.
a) Unblock the passport of the applicant immediately;
b) Allow travel abroad without restriction;
