That the above titled Writ Petition is pending adjudication before this Honorable Court in which no date of hearing has been fixed.
That by way of the instant Writ Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order of removal from services.
That since the removal from service the petitioner is jobless and is facing great hardship in his livelihood.
That the circumstances of the case necessitate that the same may be heard on an early date for the speedy disposal of the titled Petition.
That accordingly, it is in the interest of justice that the captioned matter may kindly be fixed for hearing and decided at the earliest.
That Applicant shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury, if the instant application is not allowed.
PRAYER:
