APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO TAKE THE MINOR OUT OF THE COUNTRY

Respectfully Sheweth:

That the above-titled petition was pending adjudication before this learned Court and the same has been decreed in favour of the Applicant/Guardian vide Order dated 0-0-20.

That brief facts for filing of the instant application are that this learned vide its Order dated 0-0-20 appointed the Applicant Guardian of the minor and resultantly a Guardianship Certificate dated 0-0-20was issued in favour of the Applicant by this learned Court. Copy of the Guardian Certificate is attached.

That while issuing the Guardian Certificate to the Applicant, this learned Court directed the Applicant to inform this learned Court before travel and take permission from this learned Court.

That the Applicant/Guardian is a teacher by profession and therefore, to pursue her further studies, the Applicant/Guardian wants to travel abroad along with minor for which the Applicant/Guardian seeks permission of this learned Court, hence, this application.

That the Applicant/Guardian acknowledge responsibility for the well-being and safety of the Minor during the entire duration and take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of the minor.

PRAYER:

In view of the above, it is most respectfully prayed that the titled application may kindly be accepted and Permission may kindly be granted to the Applicant for travelling abroad for her studies along with the minor.

Any other relief to which the Applicant/Guardian is entitled may also be awarded.
