What Order 7 Rule 14 of CPC Says
The plaintiff must attach and list all the documents they intend to rely on at the time of filing the plaint. If they fail to do so, those documents may be excluded later.
If a document is not under the plaintiff’s control, he must state who has control/possession.
The court has discretion (leave) to allow documents not produced initially, but only in exceptional cases.
