If after preparation of cancellation report in a case, investigation is transferred/entrusted to some other Investigating Officer who concludes that sufficient material is available on record to connect accused with the commission of alleged offence and directs Station House Officer of concerned Police Station to compile and submit report under section 173 Cr.P.C., then Station House Officer will have to prepare said report also and submit entire record before the Court.
