Blocking of CNIC is violative of the fundamental rights of the petitioner. The said Order is therefore set aside, and the CNIC of the petitioner is ordered to be restored. Office is directed to send copies of this Order to the learned Executing Court and the concerned NADRA authorities for effective and immediate implementation
