Educational Background

• LL.B or Bar-at-Law.
• Minimum 16 years of HEC verified education is mandatory.
• Degrees must be duly attested by the HEC.

Professional Experience

• Preferably 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Support drafting/revision of rules, regulations, and policy frameworks for government approval.
• Implement compliance frameworks for data protection, privacy, and security regulations.
• Conduct research and provide sharp legal analysis on national and international laws impacting NADRA.
• Prepare formal legal opinions on policy, regulatory matters, and compliance to guide senior management.
• Strong understanding of Pakistani laws regarding citizenship, registration, data protection, and privacy.
• Excellent research, analytical, legal drafting, and written/verbal communication skills.

Important Terms & Conditions

1. Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period (extendable based on performance).
2. Government/Semi-Government employees must provide an NOC at the time of interview.
3. Attested educational documents from HEC must be produced at the time of joining.
4. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible. Electronic gadgets (mobiles, smartwatches) are strictly prohibited during the test/interview.
